One of Summit County’s oldest restaurants moved to its present location from what is now the Marina, the historic log cabin was augmented several years ago with an addition containing a historic bar rescued from Blackhawk, Colorado that originally came West on a covered wagon at the turn of the 19th Century.     

The Blue Spruce has continued to be one of the favorite dinner locations for couples to celebrate a special occasion such as an anniversary.   This same fine dining can be available for a group event either in the restaurant or another facility. The Blue Spruce is equipped and experienced to handle your special event either on the premises or another location of your choosing.  

At the Spruce, the upper dining room can be reserved for a small group occasion seating up to 60 persons.  The entire restaurant or the large bar room can also be reserved for breakfast or lunch events.  The bar could seat up to 80 persons and if separate rooms can be used for buffet service, the entire restaurant could seat up to 190 persons.
